1. Coverage
NextGenZone ships across all major cities and regions of Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and beyond.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call/SMS/WhatsApp message once your order is placed.
3. Delivery Time
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other cities & remote areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email to monitor your delivery status.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept a broken/tampered package, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. Our Replacement Guarantee covers items damaged in transit — see our Refund & Replacement Policy.
